Who We Are
John McPherson - CEO	BA LLB LLM (Corporate Law)
	As a specialised IT and outsourcing attorney for the past 8 years, John has long recognised the dearth within the South African market for professional escrow services and was the driving force behind the establishment of Chattan Escrow. Through Chattan Escrow and his previous firm, John has been involved in the provision of escrow Services to owners and beneficiaries for the past 4 years. Before that, as a specialist IT attorney he advised assisted clients in the drafting and negotiation of escrow clauses and agreements.
In addition to his role as CEO of Chattan Escrow (Pty) Ltd, John is a practising attorney and notary, and the senior partner of McPherson Kruger Attorneys, a niche corporate and commercial law practice specialising in Information Technology, e-Business and Outsourcing and a Director of Oribi Consulting (Pty) Ltd, an outsourcing and service level consultancy.

Braam Kruger - Director	BComm LLB
Braam is the founder and Managing Director of Oribi Consulting a specialist legal consultancy focusing on outsourcing and service level agreements. He is also a partner in McPherson Kruger Attorneys and has a wide range of experience which includes the drafting and negotiation of IT agreements.

Gillian McPherson - Director	BA LLB (Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution)
Gillian is an admitted attorney who specialised in Motor Vehicle Accident Law, Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Gill is thus well versed in dealing with parties in dispute and capable of assisting the parties should any mediation be required.
